Our Story
Wil Longmore Racing (WLR) is a race team born out of Wagga Wagga, in central NSW. Starting as a small family team, WLR has grown from grassroots beginnings to become a growing force in the racing community.
Wil’s journey in motorsport began at the age of 11 in go-karting, where he quickly grew a passion for all things racing related. His progression into the Hyundai Excel racing category saw him achieve an extraordinary milestone — being crowned three time NSW State Champion (2019, 2020, 2022). This impressive feat laid the foundation for his ambitions to reach even greater heights in the racing world.
2024 TGRA – Scholarship Series
In 2024, Wil Longmore Racing took on their next challenge: The TGRA Toyota 86 Scholarship Series. Competing on some of Australia’s most iconic tracks across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, Wil delivered impressive performances, including a race win, six podium finishes, and the title of highest placed rookie for 2024.
His outstanding efforts culminated in a fifth-place finish in the championship. With his performance and attitude on and off track earning him a spot at the prestigious TGRA Scholarship Evaluation Day.
Building on a successful debut season in the 2024 Toyota 86 Racing Series, Wil Longmore Racing is poised for even greater achievements.
