TGRA Scholarship Series
Challenging weekend in Queensland, with a lot to reflect and build on before we head into our final round at Sandown in just three weeks.
Friday was our first time hitting the track at Queensland Raceway, and with many local drivers in the field, we faced a steep learning curve.
Rounding out qualifying early Saturday morning in 14th, our focus was moving forward throughout the races. Race one I fought some hard battles to finish 11th. Race two I moved forward to 6th before getting an ABS fault which unfortunately dropped us back to 10th. Race three was impacted by safety car for majority of the race, and with two racing laps I moved forward to 6th.
This round was all about learning, we’re happy to walk away with 6th overall for the weekend, and collect needed points leading into the final round of the series.
